We are looking for a motivated Senior Scientist with expertise in biology and drug discovery to develop new cancer treatments as part of our clients collaborative oncology research team.Primary Job Responsibilities:Design experiments and validate drug targets using advanced multiomics; optimize assays for small molecule efficacy testing.Foster collaborations, drive drug discovery projects, mentor junior scientists, and ensure proper documentation of research.Keep informed about scientific advancements, contribute to reports and presentations, and uphold a collaborative, compliant work environment.Primary Job Requirements:PhD in Cancer Biology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field, with over 5 years of drug discovery experience in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry.Demonstrated expertise in oncology drug discovery, with proficient technical skills in molecular and cell biology techniques.Independent thinker with the flexibility to manage and lead complex experiments across multiple research programs, showcasing strong problem-solving skills.Highly skilled in computer applications (MS Office, scientific graphing software), with excellent communication abilities and a notable record of scientific publications or presentations at prestigious conferences.Stratacuity is an Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
