Responsibilities:Design and execute mutagenesis experiments to introduce specific changes in DNA sequences.Conduct phage display assays to identify and characterize novel protein interactions.Perform T cell and T cell culture experiments to investigate immune responses.Contribute to the design and execution of research projects in molecular biology and cell culture.Hands-on laboratory work, including DNA construction, cloning, and plasmid preparation.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project objectives and timelines.Analyze experimental data, interpret results, and present findings to colleagues and stakeholders.Maintain accurate experimental records and documentation in compliance with company guidelines.Qualifications:PhD in Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, Biochemistry, or related field.0-5 years of post-graduate experience in a research laboratory setting.Hands-on experience with mutagenesis techniques and DNA construction methods.Proficiency in phage display assays and molecular biology techniques.Experience with T cell and T cell culture experiments is highly desirable.Strong analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot experimental procedures.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.Demonstrated ability to adapt to new techniques and learn new technologies quickly.
