The Aerospace Engineering faculty are engaged in numerous externally funded research programs. Applications are welcome in any area of collaboration with existing faculty, including but not limited to aerospace structures, unmanned aircraft systems, remote sensing, and advanced air mobility systems. The new hire will collaborate with faculty in other areas to advance research and education.Job Description40% - TeachingDevelop curriculum and teach undergraduate and graduate courses in Aerospace Engineering. Mentor graduate students in research and serve as the major advisor for theses committees.40% - Research/ScholarshipDevelop and direct a sustainable research program, establish a strong externally funded research program, and disseminate findings through peer-reviewed manuscripts.20% - ServiceParticipate in University, School, and Departmental service activities.
