We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced EHS Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing environmental, health, and safety programs within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive continuous improvement in EHS performance while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive EHS programs and policies.Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal EHS regulations.Conduct regular EHS audits and risk assessments to identify potential hazards.Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.Provide EHS training and guidance to employees and management.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate EHS considerations into business operations.Monitor and report on EHS performance metrics and trends.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance EHS culture and performance.Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.8-15 years of experience in EHS management roles.In-depth knowledge of EHS regulations and best practices.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and leadership abilities.Certification in EHS management (e.g., CSP, CIH) is preferred.Unless noted above, applicants MUST be authorized to work in the US without Visa Sponsorship.
