Salary: $80,000 - 90,000/yearAs an EHS Manager, you will be responsible for leading environmental,
health, and safety (EHS) initiatives, ensuring compliance with ISO 14001
and ISO 45001 standards, and promoting a culture of safety within the
manufacturing environment.Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and maintain EHS policies, procedures, and programs in line with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards, assess risks, and implement corrective and preventive measures.Lead incident investigations, analyze root causes, and develop action plans to prevent recurrence.Provide EHS training and awareness programs to employees, contractors, and stakeholders.Monitor and track EHS performance metrics, KPIs, and compliance with regulatory requirements.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, maintenance, and HR, to promote EHS best practices and continuous improvement.Ensure emergency preparedness and response plans are in place and regularly tested.Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in EHS management.Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or related field; relevant certifications (e.g., CSP, CIH) preferred.Minimum of 2 years of experience in EHS management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.Certified in ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.Strong understanding of EHS regulations, risk assessment methodologies, and safety management systems.Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.Proficiency in MS Office suite and EHS management software$80,000 - $90,000 a year#J-18808-Ljbffr
