Latin American Division
requires
Proper Formal Spanish & English , an exacting eye for detail and
superb interpersonal skills
for interacting with our clients.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Greet and direct visitors, maintaining a professional image for our office.
Responsible for handling communications with clients via phone or email.
Perform administrative and support functions for our office operations.
Establish, maintain, and/or update files, records, and other documents.
Responsible for collecting payments from clients and manage Accounts Receivables.
Build positive relationships with our Clients and Home Office contacts.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be fully bilingual ( English/Spanish – Verbal & Written )
2 to 3 years of professional work experience preferred.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
Results oriented and highly motivated.
Able to work effectively as part of a team.
Skillfully use Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
Strong customer service skills.
Social Media Knowledge required.
Possesses confidence, professionalism, and integrity.
Skilled in issue prioritization and multitasking.
Must be a problem solver and able to make decisions quickly.
A positive attitude and go-getter interested in growth potential.
Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
Maintain confidentiality at all times.
JOB TYPE:
Full Time
SALARY RANGE:
$18 - $20 an hour +
Bonuses
(possibility of salary increase after a 90-day probation period based on performance)
