Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and organized Senior Administrative Assistant to provide high-level support to our CEO. This role is essential in managing complex schedules, facilitating communication, and ensuring smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Serve as the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Coordinate meetings, events, and logistics.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Assist with budget preparation and financial reporting.
Conduct research and manage multiple projects.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
Proven experience as an administrative assistant, preferably at a senior level.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
Previous experience with financial trusts highly beneficial.
