This role involves representing clients in personal injury cases, collaborating with a supportive network of legal professionals, and ensuring clients receive the highest quality of representation. The ideal candidate will be passionate about advocating for clients' rights and committed to achieving successful outcomes.Duties:Communicate effectively with clients regarding case developments.Conduct and defend depositions to gather necessary information.Research legal precedents and draft various legal documents.Lead mediation sessions and develop strategic case approaches.Manage cases from initial intake through to settlement or trial verdict.Requirements:Minimum of 3+ years of experience in personal injury or civil litigation; 5+ years preferred.Must be licensed and in good standing with the North Carolina State Bar.Proven track record of successful jury trials.Experience in drafting and responding to legal motions.In-depth knowledge of Rules of Civil Procedure and Rules of Evidence.Education:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:Active license to practice law in North Carolina.Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.High level of organization and attention to detail.Commitment to client advocacy and achieving favorable outcomes.
