This role involves engaging in various aspects of trial preparation and client representation, supported by an experienced network of attorneys and staff.Duties:Communicate effectively with clients regarding case progress and strategy.Take and defend depositions to gather vital evidence.Conduct comprehensive legal research and draft necessary documents.Lead mediation sessions to negotiate favorable settlements.Develop case strategies and represent clients in court from intake to verdict.Requirements:Minimum of 3+ years of experience in personal injury or civil litigation; 5+ years preferred.Must be licensed and in good standing with the Kentucky State Bar.Proven track record of successful jury trials.Proficient in drafting and responding to legal motions.Strong understanding of the Rules of Civil Procedure and Rules of Evidence.Education:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:Active membership in the Kentucky State Bar.Skills:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.A passionate commitment to client advocacy and trial excellence.
