This position offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic group of legal professionals committed to delivering exceptional client service and achieving successful outcomes in personal injury cases.Duties:Engage in effective client communication and manage case expectations.Take and defend depositions, ensuring thorough preparation and strategy.Conduct comprehensive legal research and draft necessary legal documents.Lead mediation to resolve disputes amicably and effectively.Develop and implement case strategies from intake through trial or settlement.Represent clients in court, advocating for their rights and best interests.Requirements:A minimum of 3+ years of experience in personal injury or civil litigation; 5+ years preferred.Must be licensed and in good standing with the North Carolina State Bar.Proven track record of successful jury trials.Proficient in drafting and responding to legal motions.Strong understanding of the Rules of Civil Procedure and Rules of Evidence.Education:Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.Certifications:Active membership in the North Carolina State Bar.Skills:Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work collaboratively within a team.High level of integrity and personal accountability.Passionate about client advocacy and achieving justice.
