The Quality Manager (Repair Station) will provide expertise in Quality Assurance for requirements from FAA Part 145, EASA, and CAAC. The Quality Manager will ensure effective processes are established to comply with the various requirements applicable to the repair station and will ensure organization preparedness for regulatory and customer audits.JOB CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Supervises the QA area ensuring that business Quality objectives are being met.Guides inspection personnel to confirm that all inspections are accurately performed on all completed work prior to return to service.Ensure compliance to FAA Part 145, EASA-145, CAAC requirements & Quality Management System.Maintains the repair station roster and work histories as required by FAA regulations.Ensures all incoming, hidden damage, preliminary, in-process, and final inspections are performed.Maintains the repair station's training program to ensure all training needs are met.Serves as the primary liaison between the repair station and the FAA.Other responsibilities as assigned.JOB SPECIFICATIONS

Education:

A bachelor's degree is required.Years Experience:

Minimum 6+ years of experience in FAA Part 145 Repair Station.Skills required:Must have working knowledge of FAA 14 CFR Parts 21, 39, 43, 65, 91, 121, 135, and 145.Must have the ability to obtain a FAA Repairmen certificate.Good communication skills both written and verbal.Must pass a FAA drug and alcohol pre-employment test.WORK AUTHORIZATION:

This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements; therefore, a "US Person" is required.Come join the Parker Aerospace Team!
