The HR Data and Analytics team is looking for a Data Scientist to join us. The HR Data and Analytics team partners with a broad assortment of stakeholders inside and outside of HR, collaborating to deliver organization-wide dashboards, analytics, surveys, reporting, and automated infrastructure. This team member will be highly versatile with key aspects of the role involving maintaining and contributing to Python codebases and delivering executive level presentations/narratives summarizing key insights surfaced from various analyses. This team member will surface and deliver insightful narratives to key stakeholders to continue our efforts of “leading with data”.This is an exciting opportunity for someone who hopes to grow their data skills and touch on many different areas of an HR Data and Analytics function. This team member will have the opportunity to contribute to our automated HR (python-based) chat bot, work on DevOps projects, implement LLMs into our internal products, and more depending on organizational needs and personal interest. They will also have the freedom to choose their own solutions to technical needs, recommend and apply best practices, and improve anything they see fit.As a remote employee on a team distributed across various time zones, you will not have direct access to all of your co-workers for the entire workday, so the ability to work unsupervised, communicate asynchronously, and take the initiative in maintaining lines of communication is important. Gather, structure, and analyze data from multiple sources and produce data visualizations to include in reports, decks, and dashboardsCreate executive level presentations and summaries of key findingsImplement modeling techniques to forecast or predict business outcomesBuild data pipelines on a variety of HR data sources between external APIs, Snowflake, Tableau, and Slack applicationsCreate Tableau visualizations to convey key learnings to stakeholders via scalable and self-service dashboardsProvide consultation to HR partners to assist in telling the data story of their function and recommending best analysis or metrics for their use casesProactively identify analytical opportunities to solve key business issues or strategiesWhat You’ll Need:

Experience creating and delivering analytics to stakeholders in a professional environmentAbility to plan, organize and prioritize work independently and meet deadlinesComfortable working in a remote-first environment on a global teamAbility to work with complex SQL queries and relational databasesExperience working with Python as an analytics and data ETL tool in a professional environmentFamiliarity with modern machine learning techniquesExperience working with a BI tool to deliver dashboards/visualizations to stakeholdersBonus Points:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Industrial/Organizational Psychology or similar scientific fieldExperience working with sensitive HR/employee (or customer) dataExperience working with our tech stack (Snowflake, Python, Tableau, Linux, EC2, Bitbucket, Slack)Benefits of Working at CrowdStrike:
