Role Overview:

The

Learning & Development Facilitator

is responsible for delivering engaging, high-quality training to both new hires and existing employees within the Contact Center, whether on-site or remotely. This role focuses on ensuring that operational and technical skills are effectively taught through a variety of methods, including classroom instruction, one-on-one coaching, and virtual sessions. The facilitator ensures alignment with credit union policies and procedures, tracks employee progress, provides constructive feedback, and recommends improvements to the training programs, playing a key role in staff development and the overall success of training initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:Deliver new hire training for Contact Center roles and other departments as requested.Participate in the creation and delivery of our new Core Banking System training program.Conduct operational and technical training in various settings.Identify training challenges and propose improvements based on feedback.Provide consistent on-site and virtual training for credit union staff.Utilize multiple training formats, including classroom, one-on-one, and teleconference.Ensure compliance with credit union policies and best practices.Recommend updates to the training program and lesson plans.Track and monitor trainee progress and training records.Test trainees to evaluate their understanding and training effectiveness.Support continuous improvement of performance through effective training.

Essential Qualifications:Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalency certification. One (1) to three (3) years of staff training experience required. Related financial services experience may be substituted for experience. DNA operating platform experience highly preferred.Knowledge of Microsoft Suite of programs.Ability to speak in front of large groups of people.Ability to tolerate various learning abilities.Ability to present content in a clear and concise manner.Ability to express oneself clearly and articulately both orally and in writing.Ability to convey training objectives clearly while encouraging and motivating all trainees.
