The Department of Radiation Oncology and Molecular Radiation Sciences is looking for a

Research Assistant

to perform research and scholarly work on a newly funded R25 Research Education Program.Specific Duties & ResponsibilitiesAssist in conducting hypo fractionated radiotherapy research.Assist with the writing and editing of manuscripts.Present research projects at meetings and conferences.Perform data collection and/or statistical analysis for various research projects.Assist with related education or other tasks related to hypo fractionated radiotherapy as required.Minimum QualificationsBachelor's Degree in related discipline.Additional related experience may substitute for required education, to the extent permitted by the JHU equivalency formula.Preferred QualificationsExperience in data analysis in radiotherapy research.Classified Title: Research AssistantRole/Level/Range: ACRO40/E/03/CDStarting Salary Range: $15.00 - $30.30 HRLY ($15.00 targeted; Commensurate with experience)Employee group: Casual / On CallSchedule: M-FExempt Status: Non-ExemptLocation: School of Medicine CampusDepartment name: SOM Rad Onc RadiobiologyPersonnel area: School of MedicineTotal RewardsThe referenced base salary range represents the low and high end of Johns Hopkins University’s salary range for this position. Not all candidates will be eligible for the upper end of the salary range. Exact salary will ultimately depend on multiple factors, which may include the successful candidate's geographic location, skills, work experience, market conditions, education/training and other qualifications.
