Administrative Assistant
Strategic Tax Planning seeks an experienced bi-lingual administrative assistant, based in Annapolis, MD. This individual will work along with others throughout the firm’s departments and practice groups to assist in different areas to maintain fluidity. The ideal candidate will have experience in administrative work, demonstrated experience working with problems in a fast-paced environment. Must demonstrate high standards of professional excellence and confidentiality, a commitment to outstanding client satisfaction, the ability to work well with others, and a strong work ethic.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Answering incoming calls, screening, and directing them to the correct department and/or professional
Taking details and accurate messages and emailing them out
Scanning and distributing documents
Data Entry
Obtaining and distributing mail from the Post Office
Engagement Documents and Assemblies assistance
Education:
Associate degree or higher
Languages:
English (required)
Spanish (required)
Experience:
Customer Service: 2 years (required)
Administrative or Reception: 1 year (preferred)
