To create a human-centric healthcare experience powered by unified global data.The Strategic Analytics and Adoption Team is looking to expand with a new Senior Adoption Manager. As a Senior Adoption Manager, you will lead successful adoption delivery engagements for clients to maximize end-user efficiency and satisfaction. You will analyze and present data to identify areas of opportunity, lead internal and external customer stakeholders to develop and execute complex adoption plans, and achieve client goals.ResponsibilitiesDevelop adoption plans for large and/or multi-tenant clients.Cultivate successful relationships with customer executive partners and key decision makers.Manage large and/or multi-tenant customer engagements.Identify issues, issue drivers, and serve as partner concern point.Direct, motivate, and grow our Adoption Consultant population by managing effectively as a project manager.Create and deliver onboarding content relative to your engagements which typically are increased complexity, size, product range.Partner with customers to build and implement multi-modal education and support programs.Provide detailed progress updates and optimal recommendations which filter to our sales team for further ask and follow up.Mentor and train other Adoption Managers and contribute to best practice compliance.Disclaimer:Certain US customer or client-facing roles may be required to comply with applicable requirements, such as immunization and occupational health mandates.About UsAs a world leader in cloud solutions, Oracle uses tomorrow’s technology to tackle today’s problems.
