ECT (Early Career Teacher) Supply Teacher

ECT (Early Career Teacher) Supply Teacher , you will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, managing classroom behaviour, and ensuring that students continue to make progress during staff absences. This role will give you the flexibility to work in different classrooms, helping you build your skills and confidence as you embark on your teaching journey.Responsibilities of an ECT Supply Teacher:Deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects.Support the learning and development of students in line with school policies.Manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment.Provide feedback on lessons and pupil progress.Work collaboratively with school staff to ensure a smooth teaching experience.Requirements for an ECT Supply Teacher:Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Career Teacher (ECT) status.A passion for teaching and inspiring students.Flexibility and adaptability to work in different schools and classrooms.Strong communication and organisational skills.A valid DBS registered on the update service or a willingness to apply for one.As an
