You will be at the forefront of helping businesses transform their cloud, data, AI, cybersecurity, and analytics to ensure they are future-ready.As a Video Operations Technician with Insight, you will support Video Conferencing and Unified Communication platform, day to day Video Operations, Remote Monitoring, and Incident Management Support Resolution (in ServiceNow). We will count on you to effectively communicate with team members and customers while being influential on new ideas and processes. Along the way, you will perform preventative maintenance on UC equipment to ensure full functionality of all endpoints.
