Director of Learning & Development, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and managing our organization's learning and development programs. You will help foster a culture of continuous learning, development and employee professional growth. Working closely with cross-functional teams you will create a comprehensive learning strategy that aligns with our business goals and values. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of developing and delivering high-impact learning initiatives.Responsibilities:Develop and execute a strategic learning and development plan that supports the company's objectives and growth.

Hire, manage and mentor a team of Learning & Development professionals, providing guidance and fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.

Design and implement learning programs, including executive and leadership development, technical training, onboarding, and skill-building initiatives.

Coordinate and oversee the delivery of training programs, whether through in-house instructors, external trainers, e-learning platforms, or a combination of methods.

Promote L&D initiatives and programs within the organization, emphasizing their importance and benefits to employees and the company.

Conduct regular needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training needs within the organization.

Stay abreast of learning technologies and trends, leveraging them to enhance the effectiveness of training programs.

Develop and implement methods for assessing the impact of learning initiatives and adjusting strategies accordingly.

Collaborate with senior leadership, department heads, and subject matter experts to ensure alignment between learning programs and business goals.

Ensure that all training and development initiatives comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Manage relationships with external training vendors and partners as needed.

Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or a related field or experience in lieu of a degree.

Proven experience (10+ years) in learning and development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.

Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business goals into effective learning solutions.

Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.

Strong project management and budgeting skills.

Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.

Certifications in relevant HR or L&D fields are a plus.
