This position provides a unique opportunity for a person aspiring to join and contribute to a fast-paced team at a rapidly expanding company with a cutting-edge technology platform and ample opportunity to grow with the company.Requirements:- A bachelor's degree in chemistry, biochemistry, or related field- Minimum of five years of work experience in molecular biology, sample preparation, or protein purification and characterization- Relevant experience in conjugation chemistry- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities- Demonstrated ability to work independently and contribute to collaborative research projects- Ability to reliably commute to workplaceWhat you will do:- Microsphere Conjugation Chemistry: lead and execute microsphere conjugation chemistry projects; optimize conjugation protocols- Microsphere Applications: investigate the diverse applications of microspheres in research and development- Protein Purification: develop and execute protein purification strategies- Analytical and Assays: design and perform analytical assays; analyze, interpret, and present experimental data- Work with MEDNA lab automation tools and share feedback with engineering team- Perform other duties as assigned by managementPhysical Requirements:Ability to stand or sit for extended periods of time.
