A Ph.D. in biochemistry, cell biology, or related fieldMinimum of three years of hands-on experience in cell biology and flow cytometryMinimum of three years of experience in protein purification and characterizationProficiency in mammalian cell culture and suspension cell growthStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and teamwork abilitiesDemonstrated ability to work independently and contribute to collaborative research projectsAbility to reliably commute to workplaceWhat you will do:
Mammalian Cell Culture: Maintain and optimize mammalian cell lines including performing suspension cell growthProtein Purification and Characterization: Perform protein purification and characterization techniques; identify and troubleshoot purification challengesCell Biology and Flow Cytometry: Conduct cell biology experiments including flow cytometry analysisMolecular Engineering: Implement molecular engineering strategies to enhance protein expression and functionality in mammalian cellsAnalytical and Assays: Develop and perform analytical assays; analyze experimental data and present findings to teamWork with MEDNA lab automation tools and share feedback with engineering teamPerform other duties as assigned by managementPhysical Requirements:
Ability to stand or sit for extended periods of time.
