What You'll Do:

As a behavior technician, you will work directly with children with special needs (e.g., Autism Spectrum Disorder) in our ABA Clinic. Behavior Technicians will utilize ABA strategies/techniques to reduce challenging behaviors and teach replacement behaviors and other skills (e.g., communication, socialization).

Behavior technicians will be given high-quality training, emphasizing hands-on learning.

Behavior technicians will be supervised by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and receive ongoing training/feedback.

Behavior technicians will also record data in multiple forms to determine the effectiveness of a treatment plan for assigned clients.

Other administrative tasks will be assigned as needed (e.g., creating stimuli for clients).

What You'll Need:

Minimum high school degree or equivalent, college preferred.

Must pass background check.

Reliable car, proof of auto insurance, and valid driver's license required.

TB test required.

Bachelor's or enrollment in a B.A. or B.S program preferred.

ABA experience preferred.

RBT certification a plus.
