What You'll Do:
As a behavior technician, you will work directly with children with special needs (e.g., Autism Spectrum Disorder) in our ABA Clinic.
Utilize ABA strategies/techniques to reduce challenging behaviors and teach replacement behaviors and other skills (e.g., communication, socialization).
Receive high-quality training, emphasizing hands-on learning.
Be supervised by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and receive ongoing training/feedback.
Record data in multiple forms to determine the effectiveness of a treatment plan for assigned clients.
Complete other administrative tasks as needed (e.g., creating stimuli for clients).
What You'll Need:
Minimum high school degree or equivalent, college preferred.
Must pass background check.
Reliable car, proof of auto insurance, and valid driver's license required.
TB test required.
Bachelor's or enrollment in a B.A. or B.S program preferred.
ABA experience preferred.
RBT certification a plus.
