This individual should have a passion for leading and developing teams, and building, developing and improving store operations. The Inventory Technician 1 is expected to be solution oriented, supportive, and continuously drive and maximize efficiency within the operations. The Inventory Technician 1 will embody the company values reporting to the Inventory & Receiving Manager to make sure the team adheres to company policies, and strategizes to solve challenging situations.Inventory Technician 1 Responsibilities:Receive DeliveriesAssist with Physical IntakeAssist Verifying intakeUnderstand Metrc ManifestUnderstand Vendor InvoiceUnderstand Metrc Package ID TagsProcessingSticker ProductsPack, label, date, and initial case boxesInventory ManagementParticipate inInventory AuditKeep stock rooms organized by FIFO and Package IDStock and Maintain Floor InventoryExecute New Products for SaleUpdate and Manage online menu listingEnsure Velvets Metrc compliance at all timesInventory Technician 1 Requirements:Ability to work in a fast paced environmentInventory and receiving experience is preferred, but not requiredA passion for outstanding customer serviceSelf motivated and desire to constantly grow and developHigh attention to detailStrong organizational skills.Drive to go above and beyond for your customers and teamAble to adjust and adapt to changing cannabis laws, requirements and proceduresAvailable to work nights and weekendsAvailable to work a minimum of 20 hours per weekAbility to lift 50lbs +Velvet Cannabis is a fast-paced, dynamic environment looking for team members to join our amazing team.
