Charting System- Epic Systems Corporation - EpicCare Inpatient - EMR# of beds: SICU (neuro ICU patients are on this floor as well)-16. MICU-16. These are separate units but staff as a combined unitNurse:Patient Ratios: 1:1 and 1:2Common diagnoses/Types of patients: CABG, CVA, subarachnoid hemorrhage, intracerebral brain hemorrhage, GI bleeds, DKA, STEMI, Septic Shock, OD, Resp failure, neuro surgery, open hearts- travelers do not need experience. CRRT, ECMO, balloon pump- travelers do not need to have experience with these, will not get. See all ICU type patients but trauma, burns or transplantsMay be floated outside of ICU to be a 1:1 sitterRadius rule of 50 miles
