OVERVIEW OF THE ACCOUNTING SPECIALIST ROLE:

• Manage general accounting tasks such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliations.
• The Accounting Specialist will perform data entry, file management, and maintain accurate financial records.
• Track and process 1099s, utilities, and building permits.
• The Accounting Specialist will assist in monthly and yearly closings, ensuring financial accuracy and compliance.
• The Accounting Specialist will collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and maintain efficient workflows.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR ACCOUNTING SPECIALIST:

• QuickBooks experience is a huge plus!
• Experience with excel (pivot tables & v-look ups)
• General accounting experience
