Creative Financial Staffing is partnering with a thriving manufacturing company in South Windsor, CT, looking to hire a Human Resource Manager. The ideal Human Resource Manager will be experienced in recruiting, policy implementation, and benefits administration, all while being a visible and hands-on leader at the company's onsite facility.

Location: South Windsor, CT
Compensation: 85-95K

About the Opportunity as a Human Resource Manager:

Duties of the Human Resource Manager:

• Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding new employees.
• Implement and update HR policies, ensuring alignment with company goals and compliance with legal requirements.
• Manage employee benefits programs, including health, retirement, and exclusive onsite perks.
• Collaborate with department leaders to ensure smooth HR operations and employee engagement.
• Oversee employee relations, resolving issues and enhancing workplace culture.
• Act as a key point of contact for employees seeking HR guidance on benefits and policy questions.

Preferred Qualifications of the Human Resource Manager:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (PHR/SPHR certification a plus).
• 5+ years of HR experience with a focus on recruiting, policy implementation, and benefits.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, critical for a Human Resource Manager
