Certification Details BLS, ACLS, NIHSS required. Proof of COVID vaccine is required prior to start or declination form can be filled out with appropriate supporting documentation. Job Details The right candidate will have 2 years of experience, and hold an active BLS, ACLS and AZ license or compact. MUST HAVE CERNER AND TRAVEL EXPERIENCE. Travelers are required to complete a dysrhythmia exam prior to start and a pass/fail Sim lab is required on day 1 of orientation (study guides will be provided with first day instructions). Job Requirements MUST HAVE CERNER AND TRAVEL EXPERIENCE MINIMUM 2 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE REQUIRED UNA Dysrhythmia Exam required prior to signing contract. 2 MAX ATTEMPTS Schedule Information 12 hr shifts. 7-7. Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend. Could be every 3rd. Holidays: Work into perm staff rotation. Floor specific orientation: 3 shifts on the floor.
