This IT Systems Analyst position is part of a larger team in which the candidate would be interacting with daily. This IT Systems Analyst position participates in all relevant SOX change management activities and is responsible for overall service delivery and customer satisfaction. The IT Systems Analyst will work effectively with a team; maintain ownership for specific system function(s) and/or set of business users, facilitate communications between the business. Candidate will assume some routine administrative tasks and will periodically be expected to make independent decisions. location: Houston, Texas job type: Contract salary: $60.78 - 73.27 per hour work hours: 8am to 5pm education: Bachelors responsibilities: Design, develop, enhance, and support Gas System Application modules such as TIPS Accounting and gathering, BOBJ reporting, Oracle Database Objects, Data Archiving, and Interfaces to other upstream and downstream systems. Design, develop, enhance, and support PL/SQL Packages, Procedures, Functions, Triggers, and Indexes. Participate in project design, development, test and implementation activities with IT and Business users. Support for IT and User testing and deployment of Vendor Builds and Patches.
