The Workday ERP Analyst is responsible for stabilizing and enhancing the Workday Financial platform. This position will lead finance system configuration, oversee system configuration requirements, and ensure workday workstream performance improvement and alignment. This role will perform Workday functional configuration duties by acting as subject matter expert and leading Finance workstream leads through the entire business process development & optimization lifecycle from requirements through final release to production. The ability to analyze, design, test and implement Workday configurations which enable the end users and business leaders to achieve their goals and objectives, is critical to the success of this role. This position will provide develop desk guides and trainings for the Financial Analyst team on business processes and report writing.

A strong knowledge of Workday Payroll, Finance, and Procurement modules and Microsoft Excel are required for this position. A knowledge of finance and accounting principles is also required.Expert in Workday, specifically Finance, Payroll, and Procurement modulesAdvanced Microsoft Excel skillsProcess ImprovementKnowledgeable of accounting and finance principlesDuties and Responsibilities:

Provide Workday functional configuration duties by acting as subject matter expert and leading Finance workstream leads through the entire process development lifecycle from requirements through release to productionProvide support to functional owners and end users by diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving complex system issues. Researches and minimizes reported problems or pain points within the Workday FINS platforms, drives resolution of issues, and recommends corrective and proactive action.Drive ongoing improvements to the Workday platform and stay up to date of new improvements to the system modules by collaboration with employees, partners, and Workday Community PortalIdentify business requirements, functional design, prototyping, testing, training, and defining support proceduresCreate and maintain documentation on business processes, configuration, and other materialsConduct working sessions with workstream leads to gather, understand, and analyze business requirementsSupport the Workday Financials Workstream Leads in architecting Workday Financials solutions to ensure that all work streams are cohesive and cross functional impacts are considered and mitigatedPartner with executive team to identify key functional Workday capabilities, as well as potential issues & gaps needing remediation (i.e., troubleshooting, guidance, problem resolutions)Partner with IT and HRIS to execute functional enhancement releasesTrain and mentor less experienced team members, lead workstream education workshopsImplement testing to meet business requirements - perform functional system testing, as well as oversee User Acceptance testing securing sign-offParticipate actively in the Workday Community and serve as a Workday advocate within the organizationOther duties as assignedPhysical Demands and Environmental Work Conditions:
