:Seeking an experienced

Workday Finance Architect

to lead the design and implementation of finance modules, with a primary focus on

Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR)

,

General Ledger (GL) and other financial components

. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Workday Financials, strong analytical skills, and a track record of successful end-to-end implementations.Key Responsibilities

:Architect and design scalable solutions within Workday Financials, particularly focusing on AP, AR, and other financial modules.Lead the implementation and configuration of financial solutions, ensuring alignment with client business processes and objectives.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, assess system needs, and develop Workday Financial solutions.Provide expertise and guidance on Workday Financial best practices and drive continuous improvements.Develop functional specifications and detailed design documents to support the financial modules.Lead testing efforts, including creating test scripts, performing unit testing, and supporting user acceptance testing (UAT).Offer post-implementation support and optimize system configurations for maximum performance and efficiency.Work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless integration between Workday and other business systems.Qualifications

:10+ years of experience in financial systems with at least 5+ years specializing in

Workday Financials .Proven experience in

Accounts Payable (AP) ,

Accounts Receivable (AR) ,

General Ledger (GL)

and other financial modules within Workday.Strong understanding of financial processes, accounting principles, and compliance requirements.Previous experience leading Workday Financial implementations, including configuration and testing.Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders.Workday certification in Financials (preferred but not required).Preferred Skills

:Experience working in a client-facing consulting environment.Ability to adapt to dynamic environments and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Strong leadership abilities, capable of mentoring junior team members.
