Job Title: TA Coordinator for PBI (Project-Based Internship)

Overview of the Course:

The Project-Based Internship (PBI) and Project-Based Work Experience (PBWE) classes are part of a program supervised by the Career and Internship Services Department. These classes involve groups of five students each, who will need to meet with companies on a weekly basis and with the instructor. It is crucial to keep both the instructor and the companies updated on the progress of the projects. The TA Coordinator will provide mentoring and support to each group, ensuring that the projects meet the companies' needs and deliver maximum value.

Responsibilities:

Advise, mentor, and support the students within the assigned groups.Act as a coordinator between Ensign and each company.Keep the instructors informed about each team's progress.Assist the instructor in grading each student.Contribute to the marketing and promotion of the classes.Qualifications and Competencies:

Currently enrolled at Ensign College taking at least 6 credits and in good academic standing.Preferred experience in mentoring groups of people.Ability to multitask and manage multiple student groups with different projects within the same semester.Preferred skills in marketing and sales.Strong problem-solving skills, particularly with managing various projects concurrently.Willing to work with students in different time zonesAt least can work in this position at least for 3-4 consecutive semesters
