Salary: $225,000 - $300,000 per year

Our client has an immediate need for an experienced intellectual property litigation attorney to join their Dallas offices. This career opportunity is with a growing national Am Law 200 firm that specializes in corporate law and commercial litigation. Practice disciplines include corporate transactions, tax, trusts & estates, intellectual property, employment law, real estate, litigation, white collar criminal defense, and government investigations among others.

Interested candidates must have 3 years minimum of substantive intellectual property or patent litigation experience, preferably from an Am Law or comparable big law setting. You will join a dynamic and reputable team of experienced attorneys who specialize in IP litigation for patents, trademarks, copyrights, brand enforcement, trade secrets, and licensing before state and federal courts and the USPTO.

Minimum 3 years of experience in an intellectual property litigation practice required for consideration. Interested candidates must have strong academic credentials from a top law school and excellent oral and written communication skills. Admission to Texas state bar and USPTO required.
