Salary: $275,000 - $450,000 per year

Our client has an immediate need for an experienced senior commercial real estate finance attorney to join their Manhattan offices. This career opportunity is with a growing national Am Law 200 firm that specializes in corporate law and commercial litigation. Practice disciplines include corporate transactions, tax, trusts & estates, intellectual property, employment law, real estate, litigation, white collar criminal defense, and government investigations among others.

Interested candidates must have 7+ years of substantive commercial real estate finance experience, preferably from an Am Law or comparable big law setting. You will join a dynamic and reputable team of experienced attorneys who represent a diverse mix of sophisticated real estate clients in lender and borrower side transactions. Attorneys who have previous experience with leverage transactions, preferred equity, and joint ventures are encouraged to apply.

Minimum 7 years of experience in commercial real estate finance practice required for consideration.
