Monday, September 16, 2024STS Systems Support, LLC is seeking a Senior Administrative Assistant/On-Site Supervisor position to start as soon as possible.Perform administrative support related to military personnel administration, to include active duty pay, allowances and special pays, transfers and orders, overseas screening, fitness reports, and military leave program.Assist with administrative functions in Navy Standard Integrated Personnel System (NSIPS), BUPERS-on-line (BOL) management, Individual Medical Readiness program, Navy Family Assessment and Accountability System (NFAAS), Fleet Training, Management, and Planning System (FLTMPS), and other military personnel administration requirements.Track active duty Individual Medical Readiness (IMR) compliance and report updates as requested to the Director for AdministrationPerform administrative support related to government personnel administration, to include data entry, form preparation for government approval, and other government personnel administration requirements.Support tasks in records/forms, routing, training, and other general administrative tasksServes as the liaison to process Request for Personnel Actions (RPA) for recruitments, reassignments, position description (PD) reviews and updates, separations, temporary promotions, etc via the Defense Civilian Personnel Data System (DCPDS).Provide information and status of personnel actions/RPAs to command leadership and supervisors as needed.Serves as a central point of contact for personnel data-calls from parent command and other external commands.Responsible for management and tracking of the Activity Manning Document (AMD). Ensures accuracy of all data entered in the AMD for accurate reporting. Communicates manning issues with the chain of command and assists in resolving issues with manning requirements.Maintains database of personnel and provides organizational charts based on specific information and instructions for review and approval.Gathers, reviews, compiles monthly civilian/military manpower report.RequirementsA minimum of three years’ experience in a supervisory role or team management position.A minimum of three years’ experience within military medical R&D activities or the military.Ability to delegate tasks and set deadlines.Ensure that the project team performance consistently meets or exceeds the established customer satisfaction benchmarks.Proficiency in verbal and written communication. Comprehensive knowledge of DoD correspondence, including, but not limited to: DoN Correspondence Manual, Standard Subject Identification Codes, and OPNAV Administrative Manual.Proficiency in operating a desktop computer, printer, scanner, facsimile, and other office related equipment.Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
