The role involves overseeing Facility & Infrastructure Management, General Facilities & Operations Management, EHS Program Development & Management as well as Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Compliance. Emphasis is on maintaining a zero-incident safety culture, managing 5S Culture and ensuring compliance with permits, safety plans & Henkel EHS mandates.General Facilities, Operations, and Infrastructure ManagementManages & maintains capital projects for critical facility infrastructure and safety programs.Develops & supervises execution of facilities preventive maintenance plans.Manages company car pool program, electric vehicle charging & calibration systems.Ensures security measures for the workplace, collaborating with internal security and system vendors.Oversees day-to-day operations, including shipping, receiving & inventory management, monitoring safety & cleanliness of interior/exterior areas & managing cleaning/maintenance tasks.Manages space planning, budgets & construction projects within the facility.Responsible for fire life and safety systems, multiple site locations, laboratory design & new employee orientation programs.EHS Program Development and Management - develops & implements site programs, policies & procedures conforming to Henkel EHS mandates. Evaluates proposed projects & new chemicals for EHS compliance.Conducts safety inspections, ensuring documentation & corrective actions for deficiencies. Investigates incidents/accidents/near misses, determines root causes & implements corrective action plans.Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Compliance - Lead projects for continuous improvement in the Zero Incident Safety Culture program, manage 5S Culture, ensuring a zero-incident EHS culture site-wide.Prepare & submit environmental permits, renewals & routine agency reports.Develop & maintain safety plans, metrics & emergency response plans; update internal databases.
