Travel Nurse RN - Telemetry - $1,418 per week

Job Details A hospital in Arizona is looking for experienced nurses for a travel contract for their MS/Tele float pool. The right candidate will have 2 years of current tele experience. COVID vaccine is required or declination form with supporting documentation from clergy or MD. Job Requirements 2 years of current tele experience Active BLS, ACLS Active AZ license or compact Travelers are required to pass a dysrhythmia exam prior to starting (2 max attempts) Travelers will take a pass/fail Sim lab on day 1 of orientation Schedule Information Travelers are required to pass a dysrhythmia exam within 48 hours of offer There will be frequent floating to the sister facility, Mercy Gilbert Travelers must be able to titrate drips Shifts: 12 hr shifts, 7-7 Unit Specific Information Unit: CV Tele B3A, A3 Neuro, MedSurg C5, MedSurg B2C Number of beds vary per unit Scrubs Color: Navy Common diagnosis/Types of patients: Post cath lab, post vascular procedures, Neuro post surgical, spine, CVAs post TPA, general MedSurg No pediatrics, 15 y/o and older. Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend or 4 weekend shifts per 4 week period Additional Details Travelers must be able to titrate cardiac drips Floating is required Study guides will be provided with first day instructions If traveler fails Sim, they will be sent home and made a DNU
