Overview of the role: Part-Time Bookkeeper
- Handling all journal entries and bank reconciliations.
- Preparing /filing state sales tax for 5 jurisdictions, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
- Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Assist with payroll verification process
- Manage all month-end close and producing financial statements
- Ad hoc/special projects as directed by management
- Ability to streamline processes is a plus!
Preferred Qualifications: Part-Time Bookkeeper
- Solid understanding of GAAP accounting principles.
- Familiarity using QuickBooks Online accounting software.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel.
