Walker Healthforce is seeking a Lead Scrum Master for a healthcare client located remotely. This is a contract position.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Scrum Facilitation : Facilitate Scrum events including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives.Team Leadership : Guide the Scrum Team on Agile practices, ensuring adherence to Scrum theory, practices, and guidelines.Performance Improvement : Enhance team performance by identifying strengths and areas for improvement, employing coaching techniques as needed.Collaboration : Work closely with Product Managers, Product Owners, Engineering, and Experience Design partners to ensure successful product delivery.Impediment Removal : Resolve team impediments in collaboration with other Scrum Leaders to boost Scrum effectiveness.Agile Advancement : Contribute to the advancement and improvement of Agile practices within the organization.Stakeholder Management : Influence and drive decision-making by working with internal and external stakeholders to support product teams.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's Degree4+ years of experience as a Scrum MasterSAFe Agile and Scrum Master experience requiredAzure DevOps experience preferredSAFe or CSM certification required3-5 years as Agile Coach, 8 years on Agile teamsHealthcare industry Agile experienceStrong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skillsProven Agile application at scale (SAFe or LeSS)3 years with Jira/Azure DevOpsExperience in Scrum, Kanban, Lean, or Lean Six SigmaProduct Owner or Scrum Master experience
