Analytica is seeking a talented
Change Management Consultant
to remotely support project and change management across an enterprise portfolio of digitalization projects which aim to reduce the client's reliance on paper processing and improve overall project efficiency. This requires research to understand the full landscape of related internal workflows, to ensure a clear vision of the work that needs to be performed and prioritize the work to be complete.

Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
Supporting on-site research efforts and user-centered journey mapping developmentDeveloping change management strategies based on these research effortsProviding/executing a strategic plan to accomplish Change Management within the impacted organizations in support of each project assignedEstablish key performance indicators and measure these across the users’ base to meet the needs of the business units and the project goalsConduct reviews to evaluate the overall effectiveness of the change management effortsDeveloping strategies to address resistance and foster a supportive environment for change managementMinimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT Management, or related field, providing a foundational understanding of business and technology3+ years as Change Management professionalUnderstand and demonstrate User-centered or Human-centered design principles, Agile methodology, User Experience Research including journey mapping, and other best practices in Program, Project, and Change Management (such as Scrum, Prosci, etc.).Competency in identifying, assessing, and implementing risk mitigation strategies for changes affecting IT infrastructure and business processes.Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsMust be a US citizenMust be able to obtain and maintain a Public trust security clearanceAnalytica LLC. is an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
