Will work independently without supervision.Works with a high degree of integrity and accountability.Results oriented, leveraging metrics to make strategic decisions.Calm during high stress situationsLooks for problems to fix rather than waiting for items to breakSeeks professional development opportunities within the AV space.Strong collaboration skills and works well with othersRESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES:Support and maintain Snowflakes Audio/Video tools - both physical hardware and software/SaaS.Document and maintain accurate records of AV system configurations, equipment inventory, and service requests.On site support of remote new builds and room refreshes and act as the liaison between Snowflake and outside integratorsPlan and execute live events- including company all hands.Partner with Platform Team, Network Services, Workplace Team, and multiple vendors in setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of key AV platforms in conference rooms and large event spaces.Help run and support our Customer Experience CenterProject management of North America new AV office build outs, traveling to different sites for commissioning/sign-off when necessary.Manage the AV Team Ticket queue, working directly with employees to resolve their AV related issues.Build Knowledge based Articles on common issues within the AV space.Evaluate new technology and conduct proof-of-concepts.Analyze day to day operations for potential automation opportunities.Executive meeting and special event supportUp to 30% travel required for this job.QUALIFICATIONS/ EXPERIENCE:Deep understanding of the Zoom Admin Portal and Zoom Rooms.Experience running live events. Comfortable operating a soundboard, video switcher, and running content.Intermediate knowledge of audio and video components, signal types, cables, signal flow. Comfortable troubleshooting AV issues independently.High level of customer service and professionalism. Ability to explain complex technical situations in an easy to understand manner.Experience with corporate AV hardware like QSC, Logitech, Yamaha, etc. and the software/management tools that go along with them.The ability to read wiring diagrams, schematics, and blueprints.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Familiar with Google Workspace and ServiceNow.Experience supporting C level executivesCertified Technology Specialist (CTS) certification and/or any other AV industry certifications highly preferred but not required.Experience with Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, and Jira/Confluence preferred but not required.
