Job Details

Responsibilities:

As a Permanent Career Specialist, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks including, but not limited to:

  1. Developing, coordinating, and implementing projects in collaboration with training providers, employers, and workforce development programs.
  2. Providing career guidance and support to clients in the finance industry, assisting them in identifying and reaching their career goals.
  3. Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders in the finance industry, including employers, training providers, and workforce development programs.
  4. Conducting research and analysis on labor market trends and workforce needs in the finance industry.
  5. Designing and delivering career development workshops and training sessions for clients.
  6. Tracking and reporting on project outcomes and client progress, using this data to inform future program development and improvement.
  7. Contributing to the development and implementation of strategic plans and initiatives within the organization.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this position, candidates must have the following qualifications:

  1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in career development, workforce planning, or a related field.
  2. Demonstrated experience in developing and coordinating projects in collaboration with training providers, employers, and workforce development programs.
  3. Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and apply labor market data and trends.
  4. Proven ability to design and deliver effective career development workshops and training sessions.
  5. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Human Resources, Business, Finance) is preferred.
