This role will be responsible for implementing robust processes and workflows to support and optimize creative output. This role will be accountable for partnering with our Marketing team and owning operations and Production for creative and marketing projects. This position requires thorough knowledge of ecommerce photo studio operations, creative project management, creative operations workflows, on-set photography production, and be comfortable supporting the cross-functional creative and marketing team.What you'll get to do:Partner with Creative Director to develop processes that optimize efficiency and accuracy without compromising Vuori’s creative aesthetic.Create workflows that incorporate best practices and efficiencies for cross functional teamwork, project tracking, creative briefs and approvals.Have a flexible and evolving approach to operations, assessing what is currently working, and reassessing as the company and team grows.Oversee budgets for creative production, studio operations and ecommerce photography.Use Creative Force to optimize efficiencies and workflows for photo studio operations.Develop review process workflows ensuring projects are seen by key stakeholders and reviewed in a timely manner.Collaborate cross-functionally to create processes that work across multiple teams.Oversee and provide insight into the briefing process to make sure Marketing objectives are achieved and clearly communicated to the creative teams for execution.Manage and mentor the team, guiding them in problem solving and long-term growth.Who you are:Bachelor's degree or higher or combination of relevant education, experience and training.7+ years experience working for a large retail brand, and knowledge of industry standards and best practices in the retail/apparel industry as related to Studio Operations, Creative Production and Creative Project Management, are required.Outstanding knowledge and expertise in all aspects of image creation, photoshoot production, and image retouching workflows.Outstanding knowledge and expertise in all aspects of project briefs, project trafficking, and cross-functional project management.5+ years experience working directly with photostudio operations software / image creation tools.Excellent verbal and visual communication skills; adept at communicating and defending creative work.Attention to detail and meticulous organizational skills.Proactive approach to identifying and acting on ways to improve the work, continually pushing the vision forward.Ability to manage projects and create workflows without compromising Vuori’s brand aesthetic.Our investment in you:At Vuori, we’re proud to offer the following to our employees:Health InsuranceSavings and Retirement PlanEmployee Assistance ProgramPaid Time OffWellness & Fitness benefitsThe salary range for this role is $175,000 per year - $190,000 per year.
