Job Details
  • Perform preventive and routine maintenance on production machinery, with a primary focus on electrical systems and components
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues, including motor controls, PLCs, wiring, and circuit boards
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems as needed
  • Conduct inspections and tests on electrical systems to ensure optimal performance and safety
  • Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
  • Assist in the installation and wiring of new equipment and machinery
  • Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and improve operational efficiency
  • Maintain detailed documentation of electrical repairs, replacements, and inspections
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations during all maintenance tasks

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar role, with a strong focus on electrical systems
  • Extensive knowledge of electrical systems, including motor controls, PLCs, AC/DC circuits, and troubleshooting techniques
  • Familiarity with mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical documentation
  • Proficiency with diagnostic equipment and electrical testing tools
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or electrician’s license is a plus
  • Flexibility to work the 2nd shift schedule (Monday - Thursday, 4:30 PM - 3:00 AM)
