Overview of the Accounts Payable Analyst role:

• Processing of PO and Non PO invoices
• 3 way matching
• Research, analyze and resolve invoice discrepancies
• Verify and send invoices for approval
• Respond to high volume of vendor inquires via email and phone in a timely manner
• Update master MS Excel spreadsheet

Preferred Qualifications for the Accounts Payable Analyst:

• Recent Accounting Grad or 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience
• MS Excel - Pivot Tables, VLook-ups
• Strong attention to detail and organized
• Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast paced environment
• Great communication and follow-through
