ABOUT THE COMPANY
Our client is a leading Construction organization and they are seeking a Part-Time Accounts Payable Specialist to join the Accounting team.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ACCOUNTS PAYABLE COORDINATOR:
- The Accounts Payable Specialist will process a few hundred invoices weekly.
- The Accounts Payable Specialist will answer all vendor inquiries.
- Accounts Payable Specialist prepare accounts payable checks.
- Accounts Payable Specialist will reconcile bank statements to the company's financial records.
- Accounts Payable Specialist will assist in monthly closings.
- Accounts Payable Specialist will manage and process company credit card transactions, ensuring proper documentation and approval.
EXPERIENCE PREFERRED FOR THE ACCOUNTS PAYABLE ROLE:
- Accounts Payable
- Construction and Viewpoint software is a plus
- Attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 2-3 years of AP experience
