Salary: $110,000 - $135,000 per year

Financial Reporting & Month-End Close

• Execute accurate and timely month-end closing procedures
• Prepare journal entries and conduct comprehensive balance sheet account reconciliations
• Perform detailed variance analysis of financial statements
• Support weekly forecasting activities and contribute to annual budget preparation

Inventory Management

• Oversee inventory valuation processes, including:
• Tracking and valuing raw materials
• Monitoring work-in-progress
• Managing finished goods inventory at month-end
• Lead annual physical inventory counts
• Conduct regular reviews of inventory obsolescence and excess inventory in alignment with company policies

Systems & Software Management

• Contribute to the enhancement of accounting reports and functionality within the ERP system
• Maintain and update fixed asset management software
• Process additions and disposals
• Ensure proper tagging of new assets
• Coordinate triennial fixed asset counts

Revenue & Compliance

• Review sales contracts and purchase orders to ensure compliance with ASC606 revenue recognition requirements
• Manage and reconcile all Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable transactions

Required Skills

• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Proficiency in ERP systems
• Experience with fixed asset management and inventory valuation
• Knowledge of ASC606 and general accounting principles

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• 5+ years of relevant accounting experience
• CPA preferred
