As an AP Specialist, you will play a key role in maintaining efficient payables processes and ensuring smooth relationships with vendors. If you excel at organization, attention to detail, and enjoy a fast-paced work environment, this role is perfect for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately format and process 100-200 invoices daily, ensuring all records are up to date.
- Monitor and manage the AP email inbox, addressing inquiries, and coordinating with internal teams or vendors.
- Collaborate with vendors to resolve payment issues and ensure timely payment processing.
- Support month-end close by maintaining accurate AP records and reports.
- Previous experience in accounts payable, especially in high-volume, fast-paced environments.
- Proficiency in JD Edwards or Oracle is a major advantage.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask
