RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ACCOUNTING ASSOCIATE:
- The Accounting Associate will compile and sort documents, such as invoices and checks, substantiating business transactions.
- Collaborate with vendors to resolve payment issues and ensure timely payment processing.
- Preparation of invoices to match with purchase orders.
- Processing a weekly check run
- Handle special projects as assigned by management and leadership.
EXPERIENCE PREFERRED FOR THE ACCOUNTING ASSOCIATE
ROLE:
- General Accounting or AP experience
- Attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
