Job Title: Financial Specialist
Location
- South Bend, Indiana (100% onsite)
We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support the Treasury Division's financial operations. The ideal candidate will handle key tasks, ensuring accurate financial processing and reporting in line with established policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and process cash receipts, ACH payments, and wire transfers.
- Complete and document bank reconciliations.
- Prepare and post monthly journal entries.
- Assist with various tasks and assisting the AP supervisor with routine invoice processing and entry into accounting program
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- Knowledge of accounting and/or financial operations.
- Knowledge of grant administration, auditing, federal regulations a plus.
- Ability to communicate with supervisors, peers, or subordinates, providing information by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person.
- Ability to organize, plan, and prioritize work, developing specific goals and plans to accomplish work.
